Job summary DEPUTY MEDICAL DIRECTOR Deputy Medical Director (System) 3 - 4 PAs plus an Honorarium payment of £25,000 The Trust is seeking to appoint a Deputy Medical Director who can demonstrate a commitment to team working and shared responsibility for the achievement of the Trust's aims and objectives. The successful candidate will work as part of the Corporate Medical Leadership team and will contribute to strategic direction and decision making processes with an overriding requirement to act in the corporate interests of the Trust and its patients. The roles involve promoting high standards of clinical care and teamwork through the provision of professional leadership to all medical staff on standards of practice, performance and associated professional matters.
