Join our Enterprise Customer Service Team Location: Whiteley Salary: £26,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 About the role: As part of our dynamic Enterprise Customer Service Team you'll become a key player in delivering exceptional service to Onecom customers You'll ensure each interaction is marked by professionalism and positivity, leaving a lasting impression. Key responsibilities: • Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts. • Display a polite and professional manner at all times • Attend meetings with potential and existing customers. • Create relationships at all points up to Director level. • Generate monthly bespoke reports. • Inspire confidence in customers as the ‘go-to’ contact for escalation. • Liaise with business customers in resolving problems and answering queries, working to a ‘first resolution' target.
