Customer Service Advisors £23,400 Basic OTE £30K Fantastic Offices Fabulous Benefits This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-known company, currently seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors to support their busy team. You must have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. The role is full time 37.5 hours per week and will offer hybrid working after initial training period. Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Advisors include; Engage with customers through digital platforms including live chat, email, and telephone to deal with inquiries and resolve queries Identifying the customers’ needs through effective questioning and selecting appropriate products/services to match the customer requirements Consistently demonstrating a strong focus and drive to achieve targets within agreed deadlines Facilitate the booking of flights, hotels, transfers, etc ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of digital customer service processes.
