Main duties of the job
As a Resourcing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in:
7. Supporting recruitment campaigns and providing excellent service to candidates.
8. Managing pre-employment checks, including DBS processing and reference collection.
9. Assisting with recruitment administration using systems like Trac and NHS Jobs.
10. Helping candidates and new employees navigate the recruitment process with ease.

21. Good general level of education to GCSE or equivalent (Grade C and above)
