We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to work on our projects within the infrastructure division. You will be responsible for managing the design aspects of tenders and current projects.
You will be required to be based on our project at Hornsea 3 in Norwich for 3 months and then back into the Midlands.
About you
* The successful candidate will have experience of working for a main contractor on civil engineering projects, ideally finished to a high standard.
* Experience in Design Assurance and Documentation requirements.
* Knowledge of Design & Engineering Procedures.
* Have a solid understanding of design processes, CAD systems, drawings and models.
* HND/HNC/Degree or equivalent.
* Membership of relevant Professional Institute i.e. CIOB.
* Ability to lead and provide a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design service for the Client at Bid/Delivery stage.
* Experience on both single stage tenders and preferred terms work procurement routes.
* Experience on bidding and winning work.
