The site lead manages and leads the local support work together with BSOs (Business Solution Owners) and KUs (Key users) for the global PLM2020 Teamcenter system. The site lead will also manage SGT efforts to implement the newest Teamcenter template, PLM360, being delivered across Siemens Energy. How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Ensures that processes and system solutions are implemented in such a way that they effectively support the business from a local perspective.
2. Manages local BSO´s and ensures that there is a functioning KU network.
3. Plan, prioritize, manage local business support work.
4. Plans and operates functional, integration and regression tests in collaboration with the global support organization.
5. Initiates change requests based on local or country requirements.
6. Suggests improvements to global PLM2020 processes.
7. Business management engagement
8. Running Key user meetings and making sure the KU-network network is working
9. Support CR global process (suggestion to coordinate KU-network meetings with CR creation meetings)
10. Site management meeting/reporting for update on status, projects and KPIs
11. Roll out management for new releases in the system
12. Change management for releases in the system – methodology for change management adapted for each release content
13. Main contact person for local IT support organization in general and strategic issues and questions.
14. Plan and ensure that the local user documentation, training materials and work instructions are maintained and improved.
15. Drives and ensures effective communication between the local and global part of the support organization. This includes communicating and coordinating the local effects of global decisions.
16. Planning and supporting the education of BSO/KU.
17. Plan, request and manage budget and resources for the business area of local support (BSO and KU).

25. The second part of the work is to support the BSO and KU in their work on solving problems / conflicts that arise between PLM2020 processes and our way of working or between the global and local support organization.
