We’re looking for a Payroll Systems Support Specialist to join us at our Business Centre in Bradford. This is a hybrid role with 2 days working from the office. This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll systems specialist to join the payroll system support team on the successful delivery and ongoing support of UK payrolls across our payroll systems platforms, with a focus on our Oracle EBS and Fusion platforms. The role will see the individual working with the Payroll teams and Oracle ERP teams as well as the wider business providing comprehensive support and timely resolution of pay systems queries, cyclical projects & ad-hoc change requests from across the growing number of businesses that are supported by the Liberty Global Shared Services Centre. This role will also work on payroll implementation projects, using payroll process and system configuration knowledge to help shape new payrolls for a growing customer base. Sitting within the People Systems Team, you will join a team of system specialists in managing payroll incidents, defining customer requirements and you will ensure the change governance process is followed for any system, process, or project activity. What will you be doing? Respond to specialist payroll systems queries and data issues and follow them through to a successful resolution working closely with the People Services and /Oracle ERP teams to prioritise systems enhancements driven by continuous improvement activity or systems issues. Write and review business requirement documents that enable efficient and effective solutions to be built and review solution design documents against requirements, collaborating with ERP teams to ensure they meet customer requirements. Work and lead on pay impacting cyclical projects to ensure that system impacts are identified, review test scripts and plans engaging with key customers to secure resource for change work and user acceptance testing. Manage the successful delivery of ad-hoc projects and solutions driving continuous improvement against agreed objectives, timescales, and quality standards. Consult and support on existing & new payroll implementation Provide guidance on key Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS modules and other HR systems.
