Senior/ Associate Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well-established, boutique construction consultancy with offices dotted around the UK. We are looking to speak with an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can take lead and help continue building out the rapidly growing Quantity Surveying function, with this opportunity having a direct and clear route to directorship level.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll work across a diverse range of projects spanning education, healthcare, local authority, and commercial office sectors. You’ll play a key role within the team, not only delivering high quality work but also mentoring junior colleagues and guiding them through their APC journey. You should also feel confident taking on Employer’s Agent responsibilities on Design & Build contracts.
As an ideal candidate, you will:
* Have achieved chartered (MRICS) status.
* Experience with projects across any of education, healthcare, commercial offices, or local authority.
* Experience with leadership/ managing Quantity Surveyors is highly desirable.
* Be able to work on-site in the Surbiton area at least 4 days per week.
