UK Staffing Group are currently seeking a pair of Regsitered Managers to join our client, which is a well-established accommodation practice that began in Sunderland and has since expanded to Manchester. They specialize in managing services for 16-18 year olds transitioning from care to independent living. Role Responsibilities:
* Quality Support: Offer quality support to managers at residential homes, helping them develop positive life skills in accordance with organizational policies and Ofsted procedures.
* Oversee Senior Management: Supervise senior support management in their services, collaborating with staff to ensure residents receive the best possible support.
* Meetings and Reviews: Participate in meetings, reviews, and case conferences to assess and improve the quality of care.
* Risk Management: Identify risks within the homes and cooperate with relevant departments to ensure child safety.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, including Reg 27 (notifications to Ofsted) and Reg 32 (six-month review of service).
