Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you'll be responsible for:
Motivating and supporting your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
Solving problems quickly and delegating tasks efficiently
Creating an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
Managing operations within the store, including handling freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management
Providing excellent customer service every time they visit the store
