Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Sales Support Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth operation of the sales process, ensuring that all administrative and support tasks are completed efficiently. This role will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the customer journey is smooth, well communicated and the customer is provided with a good and professional experience.
* Tracking actions across the department making sure all tasks and activities are completed within the agreed deadline.
* Assist Sales Representatives in processing sales inquiries, quotations, and orders.
* Coordinate customer communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
* Prepare and distribute commercial documents, presentations, and sales brochures.
* Support Sales Representatives with collateral to secure leads and close sales.
* Ensure updated and relevant marketing materials are available for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate customer trackers, sales records, prepare forecasts, and report on sales activity.
* Provide weekly reports to management.
* Work closely with other departments (production, MRO, logistics, etc.) to meet customer needs.
* Facilitate the transition of customers to Aftermarket and MRO teams for post-sales support.
* Provide administrative support to the wider Business Development team as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 5 GCSEs Grade C/4+ incl Maths / English.
* 2 years previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in aviation or a technical industry.
* Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience using CRM systems being advantageous.
* A keen interest in the aviation industry, with a basic understanding of aircraft products and services.
* Experience of demonstrating a customer-focused approach, with a willingness to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong written communication skills to convey information, internally and externally at all levels.
* Keen attention to detail, ensuring sales materials, records, and communications are handled with precision.
* Full UK driving licence required.
* Ability to achieve a UK security clearance.
