About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Asher House. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our service, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas.
* Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the service are spotless and meet the required security standards.
* Provide excellent customer service, including meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
* Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users.
* Contribute to creating a positive culture within the service.
* Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
Requirements
* Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
* Enjoy cleaning and take pride in a job well done.
* Prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
* Be a good communicator and team player.
* Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
* Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
