Here at Usk Veterinary Centre, we are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable person to join our close-knit team. You will be our client's first point of contact, so a professional, courteous manner is essential. This role is based across both our Usk and Caerleon surgeries.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers professionally and handle telephone inquiries promptly.
* Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, cancelling, and rearranging.
* Record, pass on, and follow up on enquiries.
* Process payments, including PDQ machine usage, and allocate on the system.
* Promote services, manage debt control, and cash up daily.
* Maintain a clean reception area and process clinic emails.
* Attend team meetings regularly.
Working pattern
This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week covering a variety of shifts between 8 am – 7 pm and inclusion in the weekend rota.
