What You'll Do: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, social media, events). Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and marketing automation platforms to identify and nurture high-quality leads. Collaborate on high-impact content creation, including blogs, case studies, and whitepapers. Conduct market research to target decision-makers across key industries. Maintain CRM lead data integrity and produce performance reports. Align marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring seamless lead handover and campaign optimisation. Support webinars and events from promotion to post-event engagement. Your Impact: This role is central to generating high-quality, engaged leads across all our service pillars. What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or a similar role within a B2B or professional services environment. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and social selling tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements. A collaborative team player with excellent organisational and project management skills. A knack for creating compelling content that resonates with professional audiences. Key Performance Indicators: Generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Achieving and exceeding lead-to-opportunity conversion targets.
