Job Description
*HRSS Specialist (Spain) - 6 month initial contract - £25 per hour (INSIDE IR35) - Reading - 3 days per week onsite*
We are recruiting a Spanish Speaking HRSS Specialist to join our client based in Reading. This is an INSIDE IR35 contract, and is a Full time role (37.5 hours per week).
Main tasks:
* Support with HR admin/operations processes in and for Spain and back up for Italy
* Create contracts, amendments, letters or any required HR documents
* Maintain physical and electronic employee files and master data in the HR-system
* Support with onboarding in Spain (and Italy)
* Process all transactions for Spain in Workday and Talent Center
* Support employees with HR documents, coordination of preparing documents, collecting signatures, providing them to employees and archiving them
* Collaboration with Payroll, benefits providers and support with administration and benefits enrolment
Required experience/knowledge/competences:
* Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken), Italian language skills good to have
* Good knowledge of and experience with HR Operations/Administration in Spain (and Italy), Spain legislation/requirements
* Knowledge of and experience with MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR-systems, preferably Success Factors and/or Workday
* Significant experience in Shared Services is mandatory, working with ticketing systems and high volume
* Accurate, efficiency focused, able to pay attention to details
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
