If so, we would love to hear from you You will be a member of multi-skilled estates team with the primary role of optimising the quality and condition of our properties to ensure buildings are kept in a safe condition. You'll be maintaining a high level of quality across our sites, with expertise in the safe use of hand tools such as power drills, pliers, paper strippers and a variety of other tools used in plumbing and carpentry. With your excellent understanding of building mechanisms including electrical, plumbing, plant safety systems and equipment, you'll be providing first and immediate response to fault finding, whilst maximizing quality and cost effectiveness whilst ensuring prevention of major damage. This role requires participation in a 24/7 on call rota currently 1 week in every 6. Overtime rates will be paid for call outs during this period in addition to an on-call allowance of 4.5% of your salary per annum/pro rata.
