We are currently seeking passionate and compassionate *Registered Nurses (RNs)* to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering the highest standard of clinical care to our residents while upholding their well-being and comfort. Your expertise, leadership, and commitment will help us achieve our goal of providing the very best care in a modern, supportive environment.
*About You*
You will be a qualified *Registered Nurse (RN)* with a current NMC registration. You will have a genuine passion for providing outstanding care, particularly for older adults, and will be committed to delivering person-centered care that focuses on the needs and preferences of each individual resident.
You will be responsible for managing and delivering the clinical care needs of our residents, ensuring that care plans are followed and regularly reviewed. You will work collaboratively with the care team, providing guidance and supervision to ensure that the highest quality care is delivered at all times.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide exceptional, person-centered care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
* Assess, plan, and evaluate care needs for each resident, ensuring care plans are up-to-date and reflect individual needs and preferences.
* Administer medication and treatments in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
* Monitor residents’ health and well-being, providing clinical interventions as required.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with NMC and care home policies.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
* Provide leadership and guidance to care assistants, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
* Ensure care delivery complies with all regulatory standards and quality guidelines.
* Foster positive relationships with residents and their families, promoting a compassionate and supportive environment.
*Key Skills and Experience:*
* *Registered Nurse (RN)* with valid NMC registration
* Previous experience in a care home or healthcare setting, particularly with older adults
* Strong clinical and nursing skills, with the ability to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
* A passion for providing person-centered care with a focus on dignity, respect, and empathy
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Right to work in the UK
