Fabric Landing Zone Setup Fabric Tenant Configuration Security Group Assignment Entra ID Setup VNET and Data Gateway Installations DNS Integration Workspace Creation and Configuration Domain Creation Purview Governance Fabric Integration Communication skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients' architects, other technical decision makers, and offshore technical teams Professional qualifications: A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering Responsibilities: Working closely with client architects to work on MS Fabric solutions, architecture, design documents and code review to provide quality assurance with expert feedback quoting previous real-world experience/POVs. Has hands on experience with: Duties and Responsibilities: Review and assure key architecture design documents, decisions, vision and solution architecture Challenges proposed solutions, architecture patterns and ensure best practices are followed and best of breed solutions are designed/architected/implemented Define all Functional and Non-Functional Requirements - Playing the requirements back to the customer to ensure designs are produced in alignment with customer objectives. Participate in all Infra workshops (end to end) and provide architecture services Ability to stakeholder manage other senior architects, suppliers and product vendors and understand the drivers, biases and push for best of breed solutions for the customer. Technical Skills Required: Large scale infrastructure implementation using Microsoft Fabric. SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and currently specializing in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, and PySpark. on Azure cloud Creation of architecture and design documents for Fabric -Design will cover all Microsoft Fabric Design areas including Governance, Security, Administration, DevOps, Usability, Performance and scale and Billing and cost management. Workspace and capacity configuration will also be defined as part of the design. Creation of architecture and design documents for Purview Governance - Non-functional Design for Purview Governance Capacity Deployment Design Review & Sign-off - design playback, quality assurance, amendments and changes to ensure full alignment with customer requirements. Must have handled end-to-end architectural responsibilities from solution design, data migration planning, capacity planning, application security, process orchestration, application and data integration etc. Architecting mission critical and high performing systems Ability to review code Creation of Fabric Landing Zone Infrastructure as Code - Fabric Landing Zone templates to be created with Terraform. Creation of Purview Governance Infrastructure as Code - Purview Governance Landing Zone templates to be created with Terraform. Fabric Tenant Settings Configuration - Tenant setting configuration to be built out and configured via the API where possible. Workspace Templates - Creation of Terraform templates for templated Workspace provision, including defined Fabric Items and an Extract Transform Load Framework. Internal QA & Testing Fabric Landing Zone Deployment – Provision of target Microsoft Fabric Landing Zones including Fabric Capacities. Fabric Access Control - Entra ID Security Group Creation, Entra ID Conditional Access Policy Creation. Fabric Tenant Settings - Fabric Tenant Settings are configured per the design, with Security Groups associated. Logging & SIEM Integrations - Logging integrations for both Microsoft Sentinel and ServiceNow. Fabric Networking – Outbound Networking: 1. Deployment of Self Hosted Integration Runtimes 2. VNET Data Gateways 3. Managed Private Endpoints Client Networking: 1. Private Link 2. Private DNS Other: 1. Support for broader networking requirements 2. Enhancements Purview Governance Landing Zone Deployment QA Testing Well versed with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and similar project delivery methodologies.
