The main duties will be to assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen taking particular responsibility for food production and standards, kitchen maintenance and the health and safety of staff, and help motivate the kitchen team to achieve their best standard. They will also deputise for the Sous Chef in their absence.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 3.00pm (37.5 hours per week), term time only. With the opportunity for occasional evening and weekend work to support functions.
