Domestic Team Leader (Key Holder)
Permanent, 20 hours per week, 52 Weeks
Monday to Friday 4.45am to 8.45am
Salary CL4 Circa £12,597
As a Domestic Team Leader your primary responsibility would be to support the Housekeeping Manager in leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
You will be responsible for opening the buildings for the cleaning staff.
Your duties will include monitoring of cleaning staff, correct use of our cleaning technology and ensure productivity levels are achieved through monitoring, training and encouragement. The Team leaders will also act as supervisors during any unplanned absence.
We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills and who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety and with a great eye for detail.
