We’re looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a Sales Consultant to work across our Bishops Cleeve and Tewkesbury branches.

The Role:
Working at the heart of your branch team and with colleagues across your region and branch network, you’ll be passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property. The role's main purpose is to conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and negotiate sales and their progress through exchange and completion.
It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the best customer service possible.
Responsibilities:
* Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
* Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
* Following office procedures & policies
* Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
* Listing properties on the market
* Proactively ring through database for business generation
* If you have experience in the role and can conduct valuations, we will consider your application for a more senior level.
The Candidate:
* Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is desirable; however, we can consider applications from candidates with strong sales backgrounds from other roles.
* You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems.
* Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability are key.
* You will be well spoken and well presented.
* You will be target driven and ambitious.
* You will have excellent organizational skills; punctuality is of utmost importance.
Please note this is a part-time role of 20 hours per week.
