Duties:
• Daily management of a sales team consisting of 12 staff
• Setting clear and consistent goals and monitoring team/individual performance.
• Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews for each team member.
• Analysing KPI’s to increase productivity, performance, units sold and PPU.
• Provide team direction and motivation that engages your team and helps them understand their purpose within the business.
• Identify knowledge gaps and provide on-the-job training where necessary.
• Manage/monitor our CRM system and enquiries to ensure the workflow is managed effectively to maximize each opportunity.
• Support individuals in deal making and closing deals.
• Maintain communication with your team to ensure leads are correctly managed.
• To also ensure Team Members are following all Company rules and processes, adhering to all compliances, and managing the Staff to operate within the FCA guidelines.

* Previous experience as Manager in automotive / finance sales
* Excellent Leadership Skills
* High standard of communication skills
* Ability to motivate, engage and increase performance in a sales environment.
* Previous track record of target achievement
* Proven background in managing a sales team
