A client of ours in the Felixstowe area is recruiting a Finance Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (37.5 hours) and paying 24,000 - 30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
* Sales ledger responsibilities including chasing debt, monitoring credit limits and processing sales invoices.
* Purchase ledger responsibilities processing purchase invoices and initiating payments.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Assist with weekly payroll.
* Prepare weekly reports.
* Supervision of fuel stock, obtaining quotes and placing orders.
* Analyse monthly expenses.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Finance Assistant position:
* Excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Experience within a similar role essential
* Intermediate/Advanced excel skills
* Accountancy qualifications desirable
