Full Duties and Responsibilities: As Early childhood Developer Apprentice you will support children between the ages of 0-5 in their development and care. Work to Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development, whilst also enhancing daily needs of children. You will be supported to complete a formal apprenticeship and 20% of your working hours will be spent on your knowledge, skills and behaviour development. Learn whilst Working Work to Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
