You will play a pivotal role at every stage of the project lifecycle working closely with service areas to identify opportunities and to elicit business requirements all the way through to ensuring that digital developments deliver agreed outcomes.
You will be collaborative, build strong relationships taking stakeholders on the journey with you. Whether this be through working one on one or hosting workshops, you will be a confident and articulate communicator at all levels. You will be innovative at heart and look to identify opportunities using latest market thinking such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data solutions.
As well as being an excellent oral communicator, you will demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills, be unafraid to challenge constructively and act as a critical friend.
Equally comfortable working within a multi-disciplinary team as well as by yourself, you will play a significant role in the transition from current to future business models, embedding business change, adapting procedures and methodologies to suit unique scenarios.
If you have a background of providing business analysis, have strong business modelling skills, a track record of finding pioneering solutions to complex problems, are capable of seeing the big picture and delivering at pace, driven to deliver efficiencies and opportunities through process optimisation, digitisation and automation, we would very much like to hear from you!
