Working for a very well-established company in Romford, Essex.You will be working as an Office Administrator on a Permanent position. Main Duties Collating, checking and submission of employee timesheets Ordering office supplies Completing and sending daily driver check sheets Maintaining records of all vehicle servicing and repairs Coordinating Visitors signing in and out Receiving and making phone calls Support and back up for placement of Purchase Orders Cover for booking in vehicles for delivery Production of reports from ERP system on request General Office tasks Be proactive A self-motivating attitude The ability to work independently and within a team Any other duties requested by Depot Controller or Warehouse Manager Experience Previous Office administration roles Use of Microsoft office i.e. Excel and Word and ERP systems System driven Proficient in receiving and making telephone calls Skills Numeracy Good communicator Organisational skills This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual wanting to make a difference and drive positive change in a fast-growing family run business. Transport is useful due to remote location.
