Marketing Communications Manager

I’ve partnered with a consultancy experiencing exciting growth, and as part of that, they are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to drive and shape how the business is perceived internally and externally.
As the Marketing Communications Manager, what will be your main objectives?
* Develop and implement a marketing budget and strategy to maximise ROI.
* Revamp the brand in line with current objectives – everything from the website, social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials for trade shows.
* Oversee all internal and external communications.
* Execute the strategy with support from the existing Marketing & Communications Executive.
* Create and develop content and marketing materials for external publication.
* Assist leadership in crafting high-level business materials.
* Manage daily marketing and communication activities.
* Attend shows and thought leadership meetings and assist with larger pitch bids.
As the Marketing Communications Manager, you need the following:
* Strong brand management skills, ensuring consistent corporate identity.
* Versatile content creator across thought leadership, social media, web copy, internal comms, awards, value propositions, and presentations.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
* Previous ability to manage and coach others.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Event management expertise, delivering professional, on-brand industry presence.
* Proven ability to manage budgets and work to KPIs.
What’s in it for you?
* Starting salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000.
* Bonus of up to 12% + the usual package you’d expect.

* Hybrid working: After the first 4-8 weeks, the role will drop to 3 days in the office a week.
