As part of this growing executive recruitment brand, you will be responsible for leading this solution across the UK Public and Private sectors and will support the Sales team by utilizing dynamic, market-leading, business-led solutions covering delivery and recruitment to enable growth with new logo clients as well as our existing client base.
You will represent this global brand across multiple markets while innovating and establishing market share.
Your role
You will have a proven track record of creating solutions within a recruitment service (retained) in the Public or Private Sector, both through formal bid/procurement processes and through informal relationship-based sales. You will be a leader with the ability to grow those around you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for leading and managing client propositions, interacting proactively with other existing clients, Service Lines, and global Business Units.
2. Create, define, and deliver strategic solutions across vertical sectors.
3. Capable of winning the clients' confidence in face-to-face discussions, possessing excellent presentation and interaction skills.
4. Ability to create compelling propositions that clearly spell out the strategic, operational, technical, and financial benefits for the client and how the expected benefits will be delivered.
5. Create, consolidate, and analyze cost estimates for approval by internal stakeholders.
6. Review proposal documentation, commercial propositions, manage due diligence teams, and assist in contract negotiations.
7. Accountable for aligning with sales colleagues, ensuring that our knowledge is responsive, available, and relevant to each requirement.
