Job Description
This position is responsible for organizing and processing payroll files, on-boarding and benefit administration. We train for success and offer competitive compensation.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Communicates effectively and politely with all customers, colleagues and managers.
2. Maintains a high level of customer service and professionalism in all aspects of position.
3. Processing of weekly, semimonthly and monthly payrolls.
4. Assist with the on-boarding and new employee orientation process.
5. Assist with the coordination of benefits meetings.
6. Ensuring the integrity of the benefits system.
7. Assist employees with time clock related issues.
8. Problem resolution of account related issues.
9. Performs administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of Payroll and HR experience required.
2. Automotive Dealership experience is highly preferred.
3. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
4. Must be able to interact and communicate well with others.
5. Self-starter and self-motivated.
6. Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
