What You’ll Be Doing
Getting to Know Clients: Work hand-in-hand with some of the biggest innovators out there to understand what they need and why.
Finding the Best Talent: Use all the tricks in the book (and some of our state-of-the-art rec-tech) to track down the best of the best.
Sealing the Deal: From interviews to negotiations, you’ll guide both clients and candidates through the recruitment process seamlessly.
Building Relationships: Think long-term. You’re not just filling roles—you’re building trust and loyalty.
Keeping It Together: Staying organised, keeping systems updated, and ensuring no candidate slips through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For
Recruitment isn’t an easy job, and we’re not looking for someone who wants an easy ride.

Sales Ability, Drive and Thirst: You've got to really want to be good, to at least try and be good.
Communication Skills: Whether you’re talking to candidates or clients, you’re clear, professional, and approachable.
️Organisation: You can juggle multiple roles, candidates, and priorities without breaking a sweat.
⚡Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to deal with last-minute changes or challenges.
Relationship Building: You know how to build trust and create long-term partnerships.
Research Skills: You’re not afraid to dig deep to uncover the best talent for the job.
