JOB TITLE:
Domaine Roy Business-to-Business Manager

OBJECTIVES:
Implement the sales and marketing strategy of Domaine Roy in the BtoB channel and achieve the distribution objectives agreed during Budget and Business Plan meetings, maximizing the image of the brand, acting as Brand Ambassador for Domaine Roy.
ACTIVITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Track Domaine Roy distributors performance and hold them accountable for achieving depletion and execution goals.
2. Travel to visit key accounts and distributors, building relationships, observing the market first-hand and identifying areas for improvement among the sales team.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production and finance, to align sales activities with overall company objectives.
4. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, transparently communicating key accomplishments, in-progress initiatives and opportunities/challenges.
5. Monitor competitors’ activities and results, periodically transferring the knowledge to the Directors.
6. Represent Domaine Roy at fairs, trade/distributor/end consumer events in collaboration with the other departments.
7. Participate in Sales Training Programs for the Brands when required.
8. Monitor distributor inventory levels to maintain supply continuity for sustainable sales growth.
9. Collaborate with marketing to develop and manage marketing materials/sales tools needed for accounts and to ensure timely and effective market execution.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum 3+ years of Wine & Spirits industry experience.
2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to establish partnerships with retailers and distributors.
3. Strong analytical skills to gather and analyse market data, identify opportunities, and optimize sales strategies. Strong computer literacy.
4. Comfort with extensive travel to work with retailers and distributors, preferably reside in Oregon or Washington.
5. Valid driver's license and Passport.
6. Wine certification (preferred).
COMPENSATION:
