Description Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include: Providing comprehensive support to the CEO. Organising and maintaining complex calendars and scheduling meetings. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinating international travel arrangements and managing expenses. Assisting in the preparation of department budgets and reports. Managing sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless business execution. Liaising with board members and investors at a high level. Profile The successful Executive Assistant will have: Previous experience working as an EA to CEO. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Experienced in liaising with board members and investors. Proficiency in MS Office. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team. Prior experience working at a PLC is highly desirable.
