Data Team Assistant (fixed term initially for 12 months with potential to become permanent)15 hours per week (hours can be flexible to suit over two or three days per week), term time onlyGrade C (£24,405-£25,430 FTE) / £8,486 - £8,842 actual salaryWe have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and diligent person to join our hardworking and dedicated Data team in this newly created role.The Data team has recently taken on additional tasks to support the drive to improve whole school attendance. We are now looking for someone to support us with the administration of Parental Absence Requests and Fixed Penalty Notices under the leadership of the Data Manager. The Data Team Assistant will also support record keeping for students with reduced timetables and for those attending alternative provision. There may be the opportunity to offer support with other team tasks as the role develops. This team’s main areas of responsibility include:The administration, maintenance and housekeeping of our current school systems which include SIMS, Class Charts and EdulinkAssessment and reporting including the production of student reviewsData analysis systems for academic progress, attendance and behaviourStudent and staff timetable changesYou will ideally have some knowledge and understanding of the education sector and/or experience of working within a school environment would be desirable.Our ideal candidate will:Have a positive, can-do approach
