Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers to promote holistic development. What We’re Looking For: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification — essential for this role. Up-to-date Safeguarding training — to ensure children’s safety is always a priority. Experience working with young children — ideally in an educational setting. A patient, positive, and nurturing approach to supporting children with additional needs. Strong teamwork and communication skills — collaboration is key. Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Essential): First Aid certification. Additional SEN training or experience supporting children with diverse needs.
