£33,374 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month

Responsibilities:
You’ll care for our young people daily, ensuring routines are followed, and creating positive experiences. Tasks include preparing them for school, helping with homework, completing paperwork, and planning activities. Evenings and weekends are for fun activities like gaming, sports, movies, or outings, making work engaging and impactful. The role involves understanding each young person’s needs and guiding them towards a positive future.

* Salary: Base salary of £28,134 - £34,302
* Sleep ins: Up to 4 per month paid at £80 each, approx. £3,840/year, plus £1,400 Attendance Allowance for good attendance
