We are currently seeking a motivated Project Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract until July 2025) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the project team and senior stakeholders to support the delivery of projects. You will be at the heart of our operations, facilitating meetings, setting agendas, and acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders throughout these projects.
The role will be primarily remote; however, your base location will be recorded as St Martins Hospital, and there may be occasional travel required to the base location.
We are pleased that this role has become available due to business growth, as mobilisations will be a key focus for 2025.

Main Responsibilities: Within this role, you will have some of the following key responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule project meetings
* Set clear, actionable agendas and take accurate meeting notes
* Maintain communication with senior stakeholders
* Assist with managing project timelines and deliverables
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving, good communication abilities, and enthusiasm for project coordination are essential.
While prior experience in healthcare is not required, a passion for delivering high-quality work and collaborating with a diverse team will help you thrive in this role.
