The School and Role
This Good Primary school in Gateshead (NE16) is looking to recruit a KS1 Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis from January 2025. The successful KS1 Teaching Assistant will be working in the Year 2 class at school, to provide general and small group support. The role is for the Spring Term, but could extend dependent on school circumstances. This is a school where children feel safe and valued, and enjoy coming to school.
Requirements
The desired KS1 Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
