What You’ll Do: Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, understanding their goals and exceeding their expectations. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative account strategies that drive results. Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional field marketing solutions. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and act decisively. Insightful Reporting: Provide clients with meaningful updates and comprehensive reports. Budget Management: Take ownership of budgets, ensuring 100% delivery against plan. What We’re Looking For: To excel in this role, you must have: A proven ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and deliver outstanding results. A proactive mindset with aptitude for problem-solving and challenging the status quo. Strong analytical skills to validate data and uncover actionable insights. Excellent communication skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will also have At least 2 years of FMCG Field Marketing Account Management experience.
