We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client in Caldicot on a permanent basis. As a key member of the Driving industry, you will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations in a safe and timely manner.Key responsibilities:- Driving an HGV Class 1 vehicle to deliver goods to customers- Ensuring all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company standards- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects or issues- Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork- Adhering to all road transport regulations and health and safety guidelinesQualifications required:- Valid HGV Class 1 licence- CPC and Digital Tachograph card- Good knowledge of driving and road transport regulations- Excellent communication and customer service skillsThe pay rate for this role is £16 per hour.
