The role
of Premises Co-Ordinator includes;-Monitor and respond to the items raised on the Premises Helpdesk -Monitor maintenance schedules and book service visits -Provide a comprehensive and efficient administration service -Support the Premises Department in day to day requirements -Have good communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and external Stakeholders -Maintain College communications -Build effective relationships with different teams within the College and external Stakeholders -Manage workload effectively and work to deadlines -Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained at all times Criteria for role: Maths and English GCSE or Equivalent Grade C or above (essential) A wide and varied range of ICT software, particularly office 365 Working knowledge of administrative processes, school policy and procedures in an educational environment (desirable) Have a patient and flexible attitude Be well organised and highly motivated The ability to work in a team and on own initiative The package for the role; Invaluable experience of working in an Alternative Provision setting Opportunity to work in a rewarding and vibrant team environment Full support and ongoing training Opportunities to progress and work interdepartmentally Inclusion in our School Wellbeing strategy Employee Assistance Programme LGPS Pension If you would like an informal discussion or you have any questions, please email k in the first instance.
