Job Title: Operations Project Manager
Location: Brighton (2-3 days per week)
Reports to: Operations Director
Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a global organisation on the hire of an Operations Project Manager on a permanent basis.
This role will lead and manage key strategic projects within global operations, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals, delivering results on time and within budget, while monitoring project benefits and driving continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a 2–3-year roadmap for strategic operations projects
2. Oversee project execution, managing risks, dependencies, and costs
3. Establish project governance, ensuring leadership is informed and engaged
4. Lead business case development and change management initiatives
5. Maintain clear communication and documentation of project progress
6. Organise and lead project meetings, financial reviews, and steering committees
7. Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
8. Collaborate with senior leadership, international teams, and external partners
9. Support company values and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in FMCG or a related industry
2. Strong leadership and influencing skills
3. Experience in strategic project execution and change management within a global organisation
4. Budget management expertise
5. Strong cultural awareness and interpersonal skills
6. Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
