Reconnecting Bernwood Otmoor Ray (RBOR) Programme Lead
Salary: £37,820 – 39,485 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term 2 years (with an aspiration for an additional 5 years subject to organisational needs and project funding)
Hours: 35 hours per week. Flexibility in working pattern, in agreement with line manager
Based: The Lodge/Meadow Farm. Hybrid working is available

The Reconnecting Bernwood Otmoor Ray (RBOR) Programme Lead will help nature recover by managing the development of a series of projects that take, or support, action to improve outcomes for wildlife and harness additional benefits for communities.
Reconnecting Bernwood Otmoor Ray (RBOR) is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we have been able to create a programme which will build foundations with key stakeholders, landowners, land managers, and communities to enable landscape and species recovery in Bernwood, Otmoor and the Ray (BOR) over the long-term, for the benefit of heritage, nature and people.
What you’ll be doing
* Developing and writing an impactful Delivery Phase Round 2 funding application for the Heritage Fund
* Managing staff and external consultants
* Finalising specifications, reviewing quotations and awarding contracts
* Liaising with partners; organising and running steering group meetings
* Tracking and monitoring project deadlines and budgets
What we’re looking for
* Experience of successful partnership working with a range of stakeholders
* Proven success in writing funding applications for large, collaborative projects
* Skills and ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
* Skills and ability to manage project budgets and staff
* Competent in use of ArcGIS
