Job Summary
Ever fancied working on properties with some of the best views in the UK?
Due to continuing business development, our client is expanding their Telecommunications team which is responsible for managing land and buildings across the UK on which Telecommunications apparatus is installed. One minute you might be talking to a farmer on the South Downs or a campsite owner in the Cotswolds, the next you might be (safely) atop an iconic building in London or a development site in Manchester.
Salary and Package
1. Permanent position.
2. Full time (9am-5.30pm) but part time will also be considered.
3. 20 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
4. £32 – £40k per annum dependent on experience (pro rata, for part time post).
5. Discretionary bonus.
6. Mileage allowance.
Qualifications and Skills
1. You will ideally be MRICS qualified or have a legal background in the property sector.
2. Telecommunications experience is welcome but not essential.
3. You will be personable and customer facing and will be adept at liaising closely with your clients, their solicitors and agents.
4. You will be consistent, professional and well-organised, and have good written communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. You will have a keen interest in all property classes and client types and have the ability to put forward your client’s position successfully in order to reach favourable settlements on a wide variety of transactions.
2. You will have a good understanding of Landlord & Tenant legislation and the ability to use your initiative to resolve complex negotiations in property disputes.
3. You will have experience of handling new lettings, rent reviews and agreement renewals.
Other Requirements
1. Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.
2. Clean full driving license.
3. Use of a car.
