What we expect from you
* To provide young people aged 14 plus with excellent care and support within the home, ensuring high levels of emotional and physical care, appropriate activities, and a comfortable, safe, and supportive environment.
* Support young people in building and managing relationships with their families and others, while working with external partners/services to provide the best possible standards of care and opportunities.
* Key working responsibilities with young people using psychological/trauma-informed practice to provide a child-centred, kind, and empathic approach.
* Recording and evidencing all key work activities in line with Llamau and CIW requirements. Support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in managing key areas of risk, including highlighting and escalating health and safety and safeguarding concerns.
* To build a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental home for young people to feel empowered, nurtured, and thrive.
