Registered Nurse – Outpatients – Bank | Sevenoaks Medical Centre

Are you a Registered Nurse with experience in Outpatients? Do you want the time to care for your patients?
We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Sevenoaks Medical Centre on a flexible basis, working bank shifts between Monday and Friday, 08.00 – 20.00.
You will be responsible for supporting consultants, undertaking procedures including wound care, phlebotomy, plastering, and minor ops.
This role is ideal for a strong and motivated Registered Nurse who has the ability to easily build a rapport with patients and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Role Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse you will:
* Be able to demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and be accountable for own actions, working within the NMC code of conduct.
* Assess, plan and deliver care, based on individual patient needs.
* Act as role model, promoting a learning environment.
* Maintain accurate records of patient care.
* Respect and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
Person Specification
* To be a qualified Adult Nurse with current NMC PIN.
* Have post-registration clinical experience in a relevant specialty.
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Have post-registration experience in an outpatient setting.
* Have a post graduate qualification in a relevant specialty.
