If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!\n\nWe are seeking a dynamic CRM Campaign Manager to deliver our CRM efforts within our in-house Marketing team.\n\nIn this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with Creative, Digital, E-commerce, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to increase engagement with our Sainsbury's Energy and EON Next customer base.\n\nYou will be responsible for own end-to-end CRM campaigning, identifying business requirements, developing CRM marketing strategy and fulfilling communications planning with creative assets by working with our internal creative studio.
Channels span across own media such as website, email, DM or SMS, with direct responsibility for email deployment and optimisation of customer journeys.\n\nHere's a taste of what you'll be doing:\n\nCRM Planning: Develop comprehensive CRM plans aligned with customer engagement goals, translating business requirements into actionable KPIs.\n\nData-focused Campaign Management: Leverage data to optimise campaign performance, ensuring all CRM initiatives are aligned with strategic goals.\n\nStakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring CRM campaigns and strategies support broader business requirements.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with E-commerce, Digital, and other teams to enhance customer journeys and conversion rates.\n\nPerformance Monitoring: Oversee the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards, supporting your team in reporting and optimisation.\n\nProactive Problem Solving: Identify and address potential blockers to timely campaign delivery, maintaining team autonomy and efficiency.\n\nAre we the perfect match?\n\nDemonstrated CRM Campaign Management Experience: Owning and managing end-to-end campaigns to ensure best in practice campaigns to influence business requirements. \n\nStrategic Development: Proven ability to develop and execute CRM strategies, including campaign and customer journey strategies.\n\nData-focused Mindset: Strong experience in performance based campaigning, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.\n\nStakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nDigital Proficiency: Experience with automated marketing software solutions and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.\n\nCreative Problem Solver: A proactive approach to challenges, with a willingness to think outside the box and innovate.\n\nOperational Excellence: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nIt would be great if you had:\n\nEnergy Industry Experience: Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.\n\nStart-Up/Sub-Brand Experience: Experience working with start-up brands or sub-brands is beneficial.\n\nGrowth Mindset: A desire to be part of a dynamic, growth-oriented culture where every week brings new challenges and opportunities.\n\nHere's what else you need to know:\n\nRole may close earlier due to high applications.\n\n6 Month fixed term contract.\n\nWe'll have regular team socials and lively team chats.\n\nCompetitive salary.\n\nLocation - London - E.ON Next, 47-53 Charterhouse Street, Farringdon, London, EC1M 6PB or Nottingham - E.ON Next office, Trinity House, 2 Burton St, Nottingham NG1 4BX .\n\nWorking environment: Flexible hybrid working - a blend of in the office and home working. \n\nWork life balance - we work Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM to service our customers and make sure they have an unforgettable experience.
