It will suit individuals looking for a resident facing role within a hugely exciting market that is developing at pace. You will ensure that your allocated regional property portfolios are excellently managed throughout the whole journey taking care of the property and resident from the point they move in until the point they move out. Work closely within the Home Management team, to execute processes and routines that will deliver excellence in both operational execution and resident experience Nurture best practice standards for properties and ensure they are adhered to via quality control, regular inspections and resident contact Embrace a framework of relevant and impactful KPI’s and contribute towards achieving KPI targets Deliver best in class resident service across responsive maintenance, rent reviews, inspections, compliance and all aspects of the resident tenure Effectively coordinate external 3 rd party suppliers/contractors to ensure work is done efficiently with the required focus on quality and service Efficiently manage necessary admin including invoices, system data recording, reporting etc Focus on value and cost efficiency to ensure financial performance of properties is optimised Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and health & safety standards Participate in a culture of innovation, accountability, and resident focus within the team Utilise and leverage technology to drive speed and efficiency What you will have The ideal candidate will bring experience in operational property management and an understanding of what is required to optimise the residents experience and the overall performance of a property. A desire for continuous improvement and delivery through a high performing team is essential.
