HR Coordinator
Full Time (37.5 hours Monday to Friday) Permanent | £34,726 per annum plus benefits | Location: Hybrid

In this diverse and key central role, reporting to the Head of People, Culture and Performance, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating a proactive Recruitment and HR service across all employee life cycle events.
You will be hands-on and get involved with the coordination of recruitment activity, demonstrating proactive, first-line administration support to recruiting managers, administering relevant employee life cycle correspondence to our dedicated employee base of 70 colleagues, maintaining their HR system (SafeHR), and supporting the HR Assistant with day-to-day supervision, ensuring key work priorities are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate recruitment activity and provide first-line administration support to recruiting managers.
* Administer employee life cycle correspondence.
* Maintain the HR system (SafeHR).
* Support the HR Assistant with day-to-day supervision.
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and recruitment administration.
* Self-starter who enjoys working autonomously and as part of a team.
* Experience in mentoring and supervising team members.
* Aim to exceed customer service delivery standards while adhering to professional standards and compliance measures.

Location is hybrid, with attendance at the central Bath office at least a couple of times each week (40% of your time each month).
