This role is integral to supporting both the foster care team and residential homes team, requiring a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. Day-to-day of the role: Perform reception duties, acting as the first point of contact for the team. Handle invoices, including collection from various housing teams, necessitating travel. Take minutes during meetings to ensure all discussions are documented accurately. Provide general administrative support to both the foster care and residential homes teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a social care or similar setting. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks. Strong organisational and communication skills. Must have access to a car as the role requires picking up invoices from various locations.
