Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a dynamic team at a large facilities company. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of maintenance engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of a large maintenance contract close to Oxford. Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and lead a team of maintenance engineers on-site
2. Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of the contract.
3. Conduct regular inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality workmanship.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues promptly.
5. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimise downtime and maximise equipment reliability.
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
7. Collaborate with the management team to develop and improve maintenance processes and procedures.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
9. Electrically or mechanically qualified with relevant certifications.
10. Proven experience in overseeing a team of maintenance engineers.
11. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and maintenance practices.
12. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
13. Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
14. Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
